3. Agreement & Design Consult
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign an agreement and meet with our designer to select all your finishes — from flooring to fixtures.
4. Final Quote & Approvals
We'll present a final quote with all your selections, upgrades, and engineered plans for your sign-off. Once approved, we're ready to build.
5. Construction & Client Portal
Your home build begins! Track progress, view schedules, and communicate with our team anytime through our online Client Portal.
