We had the best experience with Integrity Homes! We recently relocated from Denver to the Grand Junction area for a slower pace of life. We wound up choosing the Vista Mesa subdivision for that dream. From start to finish we had a very positive experience. Lawrence and Charlotte build beautiful homes! From the granite countertops to the fruit trees in the yard, the home is gorgeous! All the fine touches in this home are amazing! We worked with Lorinda throughout the process. She was equally amazing! She always responded quickly and attentively to all of our questions and concerns. When traveling to the Clifton area from Denver, she would meet us at the new build location on very short notice, which was greatly appreciated. We really feel like we met our first true friend in the area. We also feel like Lawrence went above and beyond to help us gain entry into the property. A million thanks for helping us out!

I am beyond satisfied with Integrity Homes! In every category they have strived beyond what standards are set. I purchased one of their homes and it has been an absolute dream. Not only do they meet every check list I’ve had in a home but they make sure they made the best home in every astonishing detail. As this new subdivision is going up, every contractor that works under them and their employees are all mindful and very respectful. They always keep the upcoming job site clean and tidied. I say that because that itself shows the integrity and pride they show in their work! They have always been there to correct a problem if one should occur! I have never experienced such nice kind hearted people in my entire life. My husband and I had an incident this morning pertaining our vehicle outside of their business. Kimberly and the guys that work there came to help immediately. They really restored my faith in humanity and made me realize that good people do still exist. I never thought that I would build a house but the pieces came together for such a need and I am so glad that I found Integrity Homes to partner with. We had excellent communication throughout which meant no surprises. We started with a base plan and were able to customise it to our desires while adapting it to the engineering requirements of the lot. Integrity worked with me to stay within my budget and it ended up coming in under budget. Integrity Homes gave us our Dream Home and I couldn't be more pleased. Soon we will have all of the integrity Leadership team up for a party on the deck overlooking the Grand Valley.

I am currently working with Charlotte, Lawerence, Zane and the Integrity team on my Forever Home as I look forward to retiring to the area.  Relocating to any area is a challenge and having a home built when not yet in the area can pose many challenges but not for the folks at Integrity.   Charlotte and her team are very considerate in accommodating requests for changes to the standard floor plan that not only fulfills our wishes and dreams in creating a home uniquely ours but also stays within our budget.
The entire team is very professional; communicating  the progress on my home.
The Pre-Electrical walk through went very well and all questions were answered by the Integrity team and their contractors.  I have never experienced such a meeting even with local builds where contractors engaged in two way conversation with the homeowner.  The contractors listened and made suggestions giving the home owner wishes highest priority.  I already feel like a member of the community and look forward to the completion of the home.
