Kudos and a BIG thank you to Integrity Homes and the entire staff. I have never built a home before and was relocating here from the Front Range. From the very first meeting with them all the way through the entire process they were great to work with. Cooperative, responsive, honest, friendly, and very easy to work with. We took an existing floor plan and ‘stretched’ it out, changed the vaulted ceiling, larger shower, bigger back deck, etc. The main reason I bought this particular lot was for the amazing view, I wanted to be sure that we built with that in mind and not lose my view from the top of the lot and Lawrence assured me we would be fine. Now I think I have the best view and back deck around. Also, being a single man, the interior choices were not my specialty, but Charlotte walked me through the process and was able to give me great advice for my style and it all came together beautifully. Thank you! With Grier supervising the project we were able to both stay on budget and on time with the build which was great considering the supply chain challenges and increasing pricing on materials during this time. Upon retiring we wanted to move to Grand Junction which offered a local airport, many entertainment venues, options for medical services, numerous golf courses, and outdoor activities. Our realtor, Jillian G., showed us many new builds that were not the quality, area, or look we wanted. Then an opportunity for a new build in the Crystal Brooke subdivision came up, we were thrilled to purchase. Having visited the new community before we were impressed with the layout vision and creative design of new builds.
Charlotte and Lawrence Balerio, owners of Integrity Homes. along with Construction Superintendent - Grier, and Landscape Supervisor – Matt are a phenomenal team! Building a custom home is both exciting and stressful. Their team was so easy and fun to work with. Open and honest when communicating, organized, transparent for upgrade pricing, always respectful of our concerns/questions, and on budget. Dependable in keeping promises and doing what they said they would do. As to be expected we ran into some minor snafus, and delays with materials/goods which were out of their control but, they’ve been there for us every step of the way. Going above and beyond assisting us with repairs even when they were outside of their responsibility! In our opinion that speaks volumes of the company and people at Integrity Homes. In today’s fast-paced world where honor and ethics are often compromised, it is refreshing to work with a group of people you can rely on. Our house turned out above and beyond our expectations, what a Blessing. The attention to detail, wall colors, flooring, doors, kitchen cabinets, appliances, tile, window suggestions, landscape, fencing, and flexibility made everything come together for a gorgeous home we’re proud of (and so are our friends!).
