    Hi, my name is Charlotte Balerio and I'm the owner and the manager for Integrity Homes and I would just like to welcome you to Integrity Homes. We are a family-owned business here in Mesa County and we've been building homes for quite a while now so we have lots of plans that you can choose from. But we're also able to change those floor plans according to your needs and your particular lifestyles. So whether you need more bedrooms or bigger bedrooms or home office or a bonus room for the kids things like that, we're able to do that and just really help customize those plans according to you and your family needs. I have my own draftsman and estimator here in-house so we can do everything here in the house which makes our turnaround time a little bit faster to you as the customer in regards to plans and pricing and things like that. We also have a showroom with lots of options in here that you can choose from at the time that you come in and meet with me. 

    My favorite part of the process is really just getting to meet that customer for the first time, sitting down, working with them, going over the plans, and then doing the selection piece. It's fun to see what other customers' ideas that they may have and then being able to just add some input on suggestions and things like that and then just working with that customer throughout the build and then when everything comes together at the final end and that home is done, it's really just nice to see that smile on the customer's face with their end product when they finally get to walk into their home for the first time. Integrity Homes is a locally-owned building company and is managed by Charlotte Balerio. Charlotte began working in the home building industry by working with customers in the design stage. The design stage is where all the magic happens, there are several steps in the process the first starts with interior space planning then the function of the plan then the design concept, and finally the color and finishes. Charlotte and her staff will sit down and go through each plan until all the details have been worked out. “Our team works extremely hard to make each home unique, sometimes redesigning the plan several times before it goes into production.”
